Co-Founder, Licensed Esthetican, Certified Laser Tech
Leann has had a passion for waxing since 2012 when she started her career as a licensed esthetician and waxer. Now owner of Brow Queen of Buffalo, her goal is to raise the vibration of the collective for women's self-worth. She is dedicated to leading and educating her team of successful and talented women. When she's not busy working, she's probably enjoying tacos and margaritas with her husband!
Dr. Kara Montz
Co-Founder, Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Kara is known for helping women rebalance their hormones so they can experience effortless cycles, steady energy, and a deeper sense of well-being. As co-owner of Arvaya Wellness & Esthetics Spa, she brings her passion for holistic healing into a refined, serene environment where wellness and beauty come together. Outside of work, she enjoys slow moments with her husband, two boys, and golden retriever, or unwinding through yoga, gardening, and long, restorative walks outdoors.
Shannon Bigham
Licensed Waxer
Shannon is licensed in waxing and specializes in brows, brazilians and full body waxing. Shannon strives to make her clients look & feel their best, all while giving them the best wax experience. When Shannon isn't making her clients feel likes queens, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
Aley Kirbis
Licensed Waxer, Spray Tan Artist, Certified Laser Technician
Aley is a certified spray tan artist and licensed in waxing. She truly enjoys creating a custom spray tan for you whether it's for a special event, or just in need of a little color, boosting your confidence is what lights her up! Nine times out of ten you'll find her with Alani energy drink in hand. When she's not working you can find her at home with her daughter & or out with friends at happy hour.
Jasmine Taylor
Licensed Esthetician, Spray Tan Artist, Certified Laser Technician
Jasmine is an experienced esthetician who brings her enthusiasm and expertise to the team. Her primary goal is to provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for her clients, empowering them to walk out feeling more confident and beautiful than when they walked in. She loves concerts and traveling. Be sure to ask her about her latest vacay!
Jenni Montz
Licensed Waxer, Spray Tan Artist
Jenni is excited to help women feel confident in their own skin. She loves her Starbucks lattes, going for a run in her neighborhood, getting tattoos, and spending time with her husband and step-daughter.

Angela is currently pursuing a career in esthetics with a special interest in lash and brow treatments. When she's not working you can find her spending time with family, 4 cats, or making a mess with this week's DIY project. With a passion for building confidence and empowering women, Arvaya is the best place to be.

Samantha is a licensed esthetician who specializes in full body waxing. Samantha’s goal is for you to be in love with your results as much as she is. When she’s not working she is either out with friends and family or at home with her 2 cats and dog watching all the new podcasts out!

Ashley is passionate about helping people feel their best, from the inside out, while creating a luxurious and memorable spa experience. She loves all things esthetics and is dedicated to providing top-notch client care, ensuring every visit leaves you refreshed and inspired.
